摘  要:由于复合绝缘子出现鸟啄、异常发热、酥朽断裂等运行问题,研究人员尝试采用新型脂环族环氧树脂材料代替常用的硅橡胶。为了评估脂环族环氧树脂的综合性能,通过脂环族环氧树脂和硅橡胶的憎水性、憎水迁移性、耐漏电起痕、介电常数、介电损耗、平均断裂能量等试验数据对比研究了二者的运行性能。研究结果表明相比于硅橡胶材料,脂环族环氧树脂材料同样具有优良的憎水性、憎水迁移性和介电性能,且脂环族环氧树脂的耐漏电起痕性能和缺陷扩展性能优于硅橡胶。Due to the problems such as bird pecking, abnormal heating, crisp corrosion and fracture of composite insulator, some researchers try to use new alicyclic epoxy resin instead of common silicone rubber materials. In order to evaluate the performance of alicyclic epoxy resin, the operation performance of alicyclic epoxy resin and silicone rubber was compared by the data of hydrophobicity, hydrophobic migration, leakage resistance, dielectric constant, dielectric loss and average breaking energy. The results show that compared with the silicone rubber, the alicyclic epoxy resin has the same excellent hydrophobicity, hydrophobic mobility and dielectric properties, and the leakage resistance, crack initiation and defect expansion of the alicyclic epoxy resin is better than that of the silicone rubber.
