摘 要:针对特高压直流互感器大挠度绝缘子在风载及温度作用下因轴力过大而引起的固定易松动问题,研究了悬式绝缘子两端在不可移动支撑和弹性支撑量两种约束条件下受力的情况,结果表明弹性支撑的固定方式可以有效降低绝缘子在风载和温度作用下产生的轴力值,进而解决其固定易松动问题。同时通过等效杨氏模量方法建立了弹性支撑的有限元仿真模型。对比有限元仿真与理论分析结果,验证了弹性支撑可以大幅度的降低悬式绝缘子的轴力值。并通过设置等效杨氏模量和位移约束模拟刚度和预紧力,进一步探讨了弹性支撑的弹簧刚度、预紧力与绝缘子轴力,弯矩和风摆量之间的关系,为绝缘子弹性支撑设计提供依据。研究表明弹性支撑方式可以安全稳定地应用于大挠度悬式绝缘子在风载及温度作用下的工况。In view of the problem that the large deflection insulator of UHV DC transformer is easy to loosen due to the large axial force under the wind load and temperature, the author studies the influence of different constraints on the two ends of the suspension insulator caused by the immovable support and the elastic support. The results show that the fixed mode of the elastic support can effectively reduce the insulator bearing under the action of wind load and temperature, and solves the problem of the fixed loose of the insulator under the wind load and temperature;At the same time, the finite element simulation model of the spring is established by the equivalent Young′s modulus method, and the preload is simulated by setting displacement constraints. The comparison between the finite element analysis results and theoretical analysis shows that the designed spring basket bolt can greatly reduce the axial force at both ends of the suspension insulator, and the relationships among the stiffness, preload, axial force, bending moment and wind swing are obtained, providing a basis for the design of spring basket bolts. The results show that the spring basket bolt can be applied to the long suspension insulator under wind load and temperature.
