海洋强国背景下的深圳水上机场发展策略研究

摘　　要：水上机场作为具备完整产业链的海上经济产业,结合其通用航空属性的优势,能助推深圳发展为彰显海洋综合实力和全球影响力的先锋城市,支撑集海洋运输业、海洋旅游业、海洋服务业于一体的特色化海洋产业发展。本文对当下政策环境及行业发展进行了解读;全面评估深圳建设水上机场的基础条件,并建立产业发展与城市融合的适应性模型;最后,从海洋中心建设、城市发展、通航产业等多角度,提出建设深圳水上机场的策略建议。As a maritime economic industry,seadrome has a complete industrial chain.Combined with its general aviation advantages,seadrome can promote Shenzhen to be a pioneer city that demonstrates the comprehensive strength and global influence of the ocean,and support the development of characteristic marine industry integrating marine transportation industry,marine tourism industry and marine service industry.This paper interprets the policy environment and industry development plan,comprehensively assess the basic conditions of Shenzhen,and establish the adaptive model of industrial development and urban integration,and finally,based on the construction of marine center,urban development,navigation industry and other perspectives,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of Shenzhen water airport under the background of marine national strategy.
