标线类标记的标准化设计

摘　　要：作为飞机维护的重要媒介,飞机上标线类标记的使用得到了飞机设计、使用、维护等各方的认可,随着标线标记的广泛应用,使其规范化、标准化势在必行。本文在现有标记应用的基础上搭建了标线标记的标准化架构,总结、提炼出4种不同功能标线标记,并进行了详细的解读,同时对标线规格属性,包括漆料、颜色、位置、尺寸做了一定的统一和规定。通过标线类标记的标准化,正确、准确传递飞机的维护信息,对促进飞机维修,提高飞机可靠性和维修性,降低出错风险有一定的积极作用。As an important medium for aircraft maintenance,the use of linear marking on aircraft has been recognized by all parties such as aircraft designer,user and maintainer.With the extensive application of linear marking,it is imperative to standardize them.On the basis of the existing application of linear marking,this paper builds a standardized framework of linear marking,summarizes and extracts four kinds of marking with different functions,makes a detailed interpretation and unifies and specifies the linear marking specification attributes,including paint,color,position and size.Through the standardization of linear markings,the correct and accurate transmission of aircraft maintenance information will play a positive role in promoting aircraft maintenance,improving aircraft reliability and maintainability,and reducing the risk of errors.
