摘　　要：安徽华塑股份有限公司针对I期装置PVC聚合釜上采用电动柱塞卸料阀存在的问题,在Ⅱ期PVC聚合釜上采用了气动柱塞卸料阀。分析了用气动柱塞卸料阀替代电动柱塞卸料阀的原因。介绍了气动柱塞卸料阀的应用情况以及产生的经济效益。Aiming at problems existing in the electric plunger discharge valves applied in the polymerizers in the first phase PVC production plant,pneumatic plunger discharge valves were adopted in the polymerizers in the second phase PVC production plant by Anhui Huasu Co.,Ltd.The reasons of replacing the electric plunger discharge valves with the pneumatic plunger discharge valves were analyzed.The application situation of pneumatic plunger discharge valves were introduced as well as the economic benefits achieved.
