摘　　要：伴随城市化的高速发展,城市公共生活空间安全问题逐渐成为影响社会关系、利益结构及居民生活方式的重要因素,社会秩序失衡、空间正义缺失、城市风险不断累加而形成的城市治安问题陆续以空间的形式显现,主要表现为城市化发展滋生的治安空间盲区和城市居民的社会隔离。城市更新要在充分融合治安元素的过程中与空间治理有机结合,通过在环境规划中打造“可防卫空间”、在空间规划中优化警力配置以及引导社区“自主规划”等综合治安治理的空间策略,实现对被隔离社会群体的社会融合,进而提升城市治理能力和治理水平的现代化水平,提升城市居民的幸福感和安全感,全面推进新时期我国城市化建设高质量发展。With the rapid development of urbanization, the safety of urban public living space has gradually become an important factor affecting social relations, interest structure and residents’ lifestyles.Urban public security problems caused by the imbalance of social order, the lack of spatial justice and the continuous accumulation of urban risks appear in the form of space one after another, mainly manifested in the blind spots of public security space and the social isolation of urban residents caused by urbanization.Urban renewal should be organically combined with space governance in the process of fully integrating public security elements.By creating a “defensible space” in environmental planning, optimizing the allocation of police forces in spatial planning, guiding communities to “self-planning” and other spatial strategies of comprehensive public security governance, realize the social integration of isolated social groups, so as to improve the modernization level of urban governance capacity and governance level, improve the happiness and security of urban residents, and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of China’s urbanization in the new era.
