摘  要:采用正交试验,以抗折强度和压折比为评定标准,优化了4种材料复掺的最优比例,研究了多元复合材料对混凝土的抗折强度、抗压强度、压折比和收缩性能的影响。结果表明:优选3组复合材料对混凝土的抗压强度分别提升了1.9%、11.0%、19.7%,抗折强度分别提升了113.0%、119.6%、123.9%,压折比分别降低了52.5%、50.3%、46.5%;28、56 d自收缩可以降低47.9%和42.3%,干燥收缩可以降低45.0%和41.5%,水化产物较更致密且无微裂纹。The effects of composite materials on the flexural strength,compressive strength,flexural compression ratio and shrinkage of concrete were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the compressive strength of the selected three groups of composite materials on concrete increased by 1.9%,11.0%and 19.7%,the flexural strength increased by 113.0%,119.6%and 123.9%,and the flexural compression ratio decreased by 52.5%,50.3%and 46.5%,respectively.The self-shrinking of 28 d and 56 d decreased by 47.9%and 42.3%,while the drying shrinkage decreased by 45.0%and 41.5%,and the hydration products are more compact and without microcracks.
