摘 要:为研究机械活化对氧气转炉钢渣胶凝特性的影响,采用机械活化的方法,制备普通钢渣和超细粉磨钢渣,分析普通钢渣和超细粉磨钢渣在粒径分布、水化热、化学收缩、电阻率上的区别,探究其在水泥中的力学性能。结果表明:超细钢渣与普通钢渣相比,在粒径分布上亚微米级颗粒增多;普通钢渣无水化放热峰出现,而超细钢渣存在水化放热峰;普通钢渣化学收缩趋势为先膨胀,后稳定,之后收缩,而超细钢渣先收缩,之后一直膨胀;普通钢渣电阻率变化幅度在(6±0.5)Ω·m之间,而超细钢渣电阻率变化幅度大;普通钢渣60 d活性指数为75.9%,而两种超细钢渣可达到90.6%和104.7%,说明超细钢渣活性更高、填充效果明显。In order to study the influence of the mechanical activation on basic oxygen steelmaking slag cementitious properties,superfine steel slag is prepared.The particle size distribution,hydration heat,chemical shrinkage,resistivity of ordinary basic oxygen steelmaking slag and superfine steel slag were compared,and their cementitious performance in cement was investigated.The results showed that compared with ordinary basic oxygen steelmaking slag,the submicron size of superfine steel slag increased.Ordinary steelmaking slag had no hydration heat exothermic peak,while superfine steel slag had obvious hydration heat exothermic peak.The tendency of chemical shrinkage of basic oxygen steelmaking slag was expansion first,then stabilization,and then contraction,while that of ultra-fine steel slag was contraction first and then expansion continuously.Basic oxygen steelmaking slag resistivity varied in(6±0.5)Ω·m,and resistivity change value of ultrafine steel slag was bigger.Activity index of ordinary steelmaking slag at age of 60d was 75.9%,however those of superfine slag were90.6%and 104.7%respectively that indicated superfine steel slag had higher activity and more remarkable volume-filling effect.
