摘 要:以再生微粉混凝土为研究对象,探究了PVA纤维掺量、水胶比、砂胶比、再生微粉替代率、减水剂掺量等因素对再生微粉混凝土工作性及抗压性能的影响规律。研究表明,随PVA掺量、再生微粉掺量增加,拌合物流动度降低;当水胶比为0.24和0.28时拌合物保水性较好;再生微粉吸水率较高,使得流动性降低,即使添加过量减水剂也会出现泌水现象;各因素对再生微粉混凝土28 d抗压强度影响的主次顺序是水胶比>减水剂>再生微粉掺量>砂胶比>PVA纤维掺量;再生微粉掺量在25%时试件抗压强度最高。In order to realize the resource utilization of building solid waste,this paper takes recycled powder as research object,and explores the mixing amount of PVA fiber,water-binder ratio,sand-binder ratio,replacement rate of recycled powder,water reducing agent dosage on the workability and compressive performance of recycled powder concrete.The results show that the fluidity of the mixture will decrease with the increase of PVA content and recycled powder content.When the water-binder ratio was 0.24 and 0.28,the mixture had good water retention.The high-water absorption rate of recycled powder reduced the fluidity.Even if excessive water reducer was added,bleeding phenomenon also appear.The order of influence of various factors on the 28 d compressive strength of recycled powder concrete from high to low is water-binder ratio,water reducing agent,reclaimed micro-powder ratio,sand binder ratio and PVA fiber content.When the recycled powder content was 25%,the specimen showed higher compressive strength.
