摘 要:矿物掺合料对超高强灌浆料的性能有重要影响。运用混料设计中的极端顶点法对超高强灌浆料胶凝材料组成进行试验设计,揭示了超细粉煤灰(UFFA)、超细矿渣(GGBS)、硅灰(SF)与灌浆料初始流动度和1、28 d抗压强度之间的关系,并以此建立了多响应优化模型,获得最佳值。研究结果表明,UFFA、GGBS、SF的最佳取代量为5%、20%、5%,采用该取代量下的超高强灌浆料28 d氢氧化钙含量最低、结合水含量最高、孔隙率最低。研究结果对水泥基灌浆料配合比优化和基本性能的预测具有重要的指导意义。Mineral admixtures have important effects on the properties of ultra-high strength cement grouting material.The optimization of the cement grouting material binder composition was carried out by extreme vertices design.And the relationship between ultra-fine fly ash(UFFA),ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS),silica fume(SF)and initial fluidity,1 d and 28 d compressive strength of cement grouting material was revealed.Based on this result,a multi-response optimization model was established to obtain the optimal value.The obtained results showed that the optimal replacement amount of UFFA,GGBS and SF was 5%,20%and 5%respectively,and it is found that ultra-high strength cement grouting material with this binder composition had the lowest calcium hydroxide content,the highest bound water content and the lowest porosity at 28 d.The results is of great significance in mix proportion design of cement grouting materials and the prediction of basic properties.
