摘  要:砂浆机械化施工是湿拌砂浆的发展趋势,但已有的配合比设计方法大多以强度为其主控指标而忽略了泵送施工对砂浆的工作性要求。基于富余浆体理论,建立了一套科学的机喷型湿拌砂浆配合比设计方法,并采用了砂浆喷涂机对设计配合比进行了泵送验证。试验结果表明当骨料裹浆厚度为30μm时,机喷砂浆泵送性能较好,泵送过程中不堵管,实测流量为28~42 L/min。此外,设计的配合比可根据砂子的性能进行及时调整,实际应用时普适性较强。Mortar mechanized construction is the development trend of wet mixed mortar,but the existing mix design method cannot meet the strict requirements of pumping and spraying construction on wet mixed mortar.Based on the theory of excess paste,a set of scientific design method of mix proportion of spraying wet mortar is established,and the pumping verification of design proportion is carried out by using mortar spraying machine.The experimental results show that when the paste thickness on coated aggregates is 30μm,the comprehensive performance of the spraying mortar is good,no pipe blocking and no pulse during pumping,and the measured flow rate is28~42 L/min.In addition,the mix proportion can be adjusted in time according to the performance of the sand,the practical application is quite universal.
