军用电子元器件质量等级及应用等级的探究

摘　　要：文章对军用电子元器件质量等级的定义、质量等级在中外军事及航天领域相关标准规范中的表现形式、各种质量等级的内在关系和国内外元器件应用等级进行了剖析,阐明了军用电子元器件质量等级与应用等级的相互关系,最终给出了质量等级的应用方法。This paper analyzes the definition of quality grade of military electronic components, the manifestation of quality grade in relevant standards and specifications in the military and aerospace fields at home and abroad,the internal relationship of various quality grades and the application grade of components at home and abroad,and proposes the relationship between quality level and application level. Finally, the application method of quality level is given.
