北京奥林匹克森林公园蚊虫停落指数时间—空间分布特征与环境关系的研究

摘  要:在蚊虫叮咬或传播疾病的监测中,停落指数能够直接反映蚊虫种群密度和人蚊接触机率,但受周围环境的影响。本研究选择北京重要的生态与公共区域——北京奥林匹克森林公园(简称奥森公园)作为研究区域,利用蚊虫停落指数监测蚊虫密度、对蚊虫停落指数的时间—空间特征进行分析、应用3S遥感与空间分析和回归建模分析等方法探讨可能影响奥森公园蚊虫停落指数的环境因素。结果表明,奥森公园内蚊虫停落指数在9月的湿地环境中达到最高峰值;在时间尺度上,除在中心岛点位外,其他点位上的同一个监测点位上不同月份内的停落指数基本没有显著性差异;在空间尺度上,除了8月份以外,同一个月中不同监测点位的停落指数存在显著性差异,而且主要差异是来自于湿地环境与其他环境点位的不同。最后,研究还发现,奥森公园中影响蚊虫停落指数的环境因素随月份不同而不同,7月份中是400 m缓冲范围内有水草水体的面积(GW_400)、8月份是100 m缓冲区水体指数值(MDWI_100)、9月份是100 m缓冲区内乔木的面积(HT_100)。本研究为奥森公园中指导人群躲避蚊虫叮咬,降低感染疾病的风险提供技术支持。As one surveillance index for human biting and disease-transmitting mosquitoes,the human landing rates(HLR)is applied to monitor the population density and the predilections of mosquitoes to humans.In the present study,the Beijing Olympic Forest Park(BOFP)was selected to survey the temporal and spatial distribution of HLR associated with environmental factors basing on remote sense and spatial analysis techniques.The results shown,the highest HLR was observed in the wetland environment in September.On the temporal scale,there was no significant difference could be detected among HLR records of different months in the same site,except for the center-island.Except for August,significant differences,mainly attributed to wetland,were observed among the HRL records of the different site in the same period.Environmental factors associated to HRL were determined as areas of waterbody with aquatic plants buffered with 400 meters distance around survey site(GW_400)in July,total Normalized Difference Water Index within 100 meters buffered distance around each site(NDWI_100)in August,and areas of trees buffered with 100 meters distance around survey site(HT_100)in September.The results provide people with useful information to avoid bites and prevent infections from mosquitoes in BOFP.
