成都市曼氏裂头蚴病1例

摘　　要：本文报道1例曼氏裂头蚴人体寄生病例。通过肉眼和低倍显微镜下观察,根据虫体形态并结合临床,虫体鉴定为曼氏裂头蚴。裂头蚴的感染在城市中也存在潜在危险,应重视城市卫生防御,加强对城市小区卫生环境系统性管理。A case of human parasitosis of sparganum mansoni has been reported in present paper.Observed with naked eye and under low-power microscope,the worm was identified as sparganum mansoni according to the worm morphology and combined with clinical features.The results showed that the potential risk of sparganosis infection also existed in cities.The urban health defense should be pay close attention,and the systematic management of the health environment in urban areas should also be strengthened.
