摘　　要：目的了解“互联网+药学服务”的发展现状。方法分析“互联网+药学服务”在我国的政策支持情况、主要开展形式及存在的问题,并提出可行性建议。结果国家已出台多项政策积极推动“互联网+药学服务”的发展;药学专业技术人员利用互联网开展药品配备、处方审核、媒体宣教、人才培养和在线继续教育、科研与新技术,并开设线上药学门诊,建立互联网药学服务平台。存在的问题包括“互联网+药学服务”应用体系尚未完善,药学服务人员专业水平有待提高,互联网发展的限制。结论建议充分利用药师和医师的资源,依托“互联网+”实现信息共享,规范“互联网+药学服务”体系;强化药学人员的专业基础知识,提高药学服务能力;借助新兴媒体的力量制订标准化、规范化的咨询模板,做好合理用药等科普宣传。Objective To understand the development status of″Internet+pharmaceutical care″.Methods The policy support,main development form and existing problem of″Internet+pharmaceutical care″in China were analyzed,and feasible suggestions were put forward.Results The government have issued a number of policies to promote the development of″Internet+pharmaceutical care″.Pharmaceutical professional technicians used the Internet to carry out drug allocation,prescription review,media publicity and education,talent train and online continuing education,scientific research and new technology,set up online pharmaceutical clinic and establish an Internet pharmaceutical care platform.The existing problems included the application system of″Internet+pharmaceutical care″was not perfect,the professional level of pharmacists who carried out pharmaceutical care needed to be improved,and the development of the Internet was limited.Conclusion It is suggested to make full use of resources of pharmacists and physicians and rely on the″Internet+″to achieve information sharing and standardize the″Internet+pharmaceutical care″system,strengthen the professional basic knowledge of pharmacists to improve the ability of pharmaceutical care,formulate standardized consultation templates and do a good job in science propaganda such as rational drug use with the help of emerging media.
