中药结肠灌洗治疗慢性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药结肠灌洗治疗慢性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年10月至2020年10月收治的慢性便秘患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用中药结肠灌洗技术进行保留灌肠,对照组采用传统中药保留灌肠技术进行保留灌肠,疗程均为2周。结果观察组总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)评分(包括粪便性状、直肠症状、腹部症状评分)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道激素(包括血清胃动素、血管活性肠肽、胃泌素)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应发生率相当(15.00%比10.00%,P>0.05)。结论中药结肠灌洗治疗慢性便秘临床疗效良好,能改善患者的各项症状评分和胃肠道激素水平,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of colon lavage with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of chronic constipation.Methods Eighty patients with chronic constipation admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given retention enema with TCM colon lavage technique,while the control group was given retention enema with TCM retention enema technique.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the patient assessment of constipation symptom(PAC-SYM)scores(including stool character,rectal symptom and abdominal symptom scores)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of gastrointestinal hormones[including serum motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and gastrin(GAS)]in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(15.00%vs.10.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Colon lavage with TCM is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic constipation,which can improve the scores of symptoms and the levels of gastrointestinal hormones.
