摘　　要：在探讨高校思想政治工作中非权力性影响力的内涵、特点及作用的基础上,提出了高校思想政治工作中非权力性影响力的实现路径,即以“德高身正”的品格感召人,以“又红又专”的思想教育人,以“材优干济”的能力吸引人,以“抱诚守真”的情感凝聚人。This paper discusses the connotation,the characteristics and roles of non-authority influence in ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and proposes the realization pathway of it,that is,to inspire people with the character of“nobility and integrity”,to cultivate people with“socialist and specialied knowledge”,to attract people with the ability of“diligence and talents”,and to unite people with“sincerity and faithfulness”.
