摘　　要：教员队伍建设是训练机构实战化教学改革的关键因素。只有加强教员队伍建设,才能将实战化教学改革落到实处。结合训练机构教学特点,阐明了实战化教学改革对教员能力素质的要求,剖析了当前存在的问题,探索了训练机构建设教员队伍的对策。The construction of instructor team is the key factor of practical teaching reform in training institutions.Only by strengthening the construction of instructor team,is practical teaching reform implemented.Combined with the teaching characteristics of training institutions,this paper expounds the requirements of practical teaching reform on instructor’s ability and quality.It also analyzes the existing problems and explores the countermeasures to build instructor team in training institutions.
