摘 要:为构建出系统科学、层次清晰、客观准确的装备保障力量安全建设指标体系,本文采用因子分析法对19个基础指标进行分析,提取出将安全教育与训练、规章制度、重点部位、重要装备和安全设施等5个公因子作为一级指标,最终构建了以5个公因子为一级指标、19个基础指标为二级指标的装备保障力量安全建设指标体系,有效解决了安全建设基础指标数目多、分析不易的难题,为后续装备保障力量安全建设效果评估工作奠定了坚实基础。In order to build a systematic,scientific,clear,objective and accurate safety construction index system of equipment support force,the papaer uses factor analysis method to analyze 19 basic indicators,extracts five common factors such as safety education and training,rules and regulations,key parts,important equipment and safety facilities as the primary indicators,and fiallly constructs the safety construction index system with five factors as primary indicators and 19 basic indicators as secondary indicators,which effectively solves the problem of large number of basic indicators and difficult analysis and lays a solid foundation for subsequent safety standard formulation and construction efficiency evaluation of equipment support force.
