摘　　要：为加快性控冻精在生产中的应用,验证性控冻精在母牛繁育生产中的有效性和综合效益。通过调查并分析近2年新和县各乡镇配种点的配种生产记录,计算相关统计学指标进行统计分析并观察性控冻精在农区内的应用效果。结果显示近两年该县利用性控冻精配种情期受胎率为51.35%,母犊率为92.03%。因此要能加大对基层冷配人员的培训力度和社会化服务能力,加强对农区生产母牛的饲养管理,才能有效提高性控冻精配种情期受胎率,最终推进性控冻精在农区内的大范围推广应用。To accelerate the application of sex controlled frozen semen in production and verify the effectiveness and comprehensive benefits of sex controlled frozen semen in cow breeding and production.Through the investigation and analysis of breeding production records of township breeding points in Xinhe County in recent two years, the relevant statistical indicators were calculated for general descriptive statistical analysis, and the application effect of frozen semen control in agricultural areas was observed.in recent two years, the conception rate of sex controlled frozen semen was 51.35%, and the rate of calfs 92.03%. by increasing the training and social service ability of basic cold matching personnel, and strengthening the feeding management of cows in agricultural areas, we can effectively improve the conception rate of sex controlled frozen semen during mating, and finally the application of controlled frozen semen in agricultural areas will be promoted.
