摘　　要：文化是乡村最根本的属性之一,也是乡村旅游的本质和灵魂。首先对国内外乡村旅游业与文创产业的研究现状进行论述。其次以河北省近郊乡村为研究对象,分析其优势与发展中存在的问题。再次运用“旅游+”的核心概念,提出以乡村文化为灵魂、以旅游体验为方式、以文创产业为载体、以艺术设计为提升手段的近郊乡村文化旅游发展模式。最后,通过河北省仝家窑村的设计实践,论证河北省近郊乡村旅游与文创产业艺术化融合发展的建设构想。Local culture is one of the most fundamental attributes of rural areas, and it is also the essence and soul of rural tourism. Firstly, it discusses the connotation and development background of rural tourism and cultural and creative industry at home and abroad.Secondly, taking the suburban countryside of Hebei Province as the research object, this paper analyzes its advantages and problems in its development.Thirdly, using the core concept of “tourism +”, this paper puts forward a suburban rural cultural tourism development model with rural culture as the soul, tourism experience as the way, cultural and creative industry development as the carrier and art design as the means of promotion.Finally, by the design practice of Tongjiayao Village in Hebei Province, this paper demonstrates the construction concept of the integrated development of rural tourism and cultural and creative industry in the suburbs of Hebei Province.
