基于计划行为理论的新疆策勒县少数民族农村妇女弹性就业影响因素研究

摘　　要：促进农村地区女性就业对增强女性自我发展能力,增强家庭可持续发展能力,保障女性生存和发展权利具有重要意义。关注新疆南疆少数民族农村妇女,明确其弹性就业影响因素,旨在因地制宜开展并维持多元化弹性就业模式,提高少数民族农村妇女就业率,促进当地社会经济可持续发展。借鉴计划行为理论,选取新疆和田地区策勒县开展实地调研与问卷访谈,采用二元Logit回归模型,分别从个人生理、心理、文化、家庭、产业特征等方面,分析当地少数民族农村妇女参与弹性就业意愿及就业行为的影响因素。结合问卷调查及数据分析结果,提出相应对策建议,为促进少数民族农村妇女弹性就业,进一步激发内生动力,维护就业脱贫可持续发展提供参考。Promoting women’s employment in rural areas is of great significance to enhance women’s ability of self-development, enhance their ability of sustainable family development, and safeguarde women’s right to survival and development. Focusing on ethnic minority rural women in southern Xinjiang and clarifying the factors affecting their flexible employment, the aim is to develop and maintain diversified and flexible employment models according to local conditions, improve the employment rate of ethnic minority rural women and promote the sustainable development of local society and economy. In this paper, field survey and questionnaire interview were conducted in Cele County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang, and binary Logit regression model was adopted to analyze the influencing factors of local rural minority women’s willingness to participate in flexible employment and employment behavior from the aspects of personal physiology, psychology, culture, family and industrial characteristics. Based on the results of questionnaire survey and data analysis, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference for promoting the flexible employment of rural minority women, further stimulating endogenous motivations, and maintaining the sustainable development of employment and poverty alleviation.
