大数据背景下统计对现代烟草农业高质量发展的作用研究

摘　　要：大数据时代,优质高效的统计工作对现代烟草农业高质量发展起着重要的作用。总结了统计在烟叶产业发展重大决策、烟叶生产精益管理、烟叶科技创新、烟叶产业助农增收、烟叶生产灾害预测和内管监管等方面的作用,分析了当前存在的数据挖掘和分析不够、作用发挥不平衡不充分、数据质量有待提升、统计人才专业水平有待提高、软硬件无法适应大数据要求等问题,提出了建立健全统计工作服务体系、加强队伍建设和软硬件设施配套、整合数据信息资源,构建现代烟草农业统计信息管理系统等探索性建议,以期提高统计工作效能,充分发挥其对现代烟草农业的服务作用。In the era of big data, high-quality and efficient statistical work plays an important part in high-quality development of modern tobacco agriculture. This paper summarized the function of statistics in great decisions, lean management of tobacco production, technological innovation of tobacco, increasing farmers’ income of tobacco industry, disaster prediction of tobacco production, internal supervision, etc. in the development of tobacco industry. It also presented an analysis on these problems such as inadequate existing data mining and analysis, lopsided and insufficient effect, to-be-improved data quality, to-be-improved professional level of statistical personnel, and in-adaptation of hardware & software to the demand of big data. Moreover, some exploratory suggestions were proposed in this paper, including establishment of a sound service system for statistical work, strengthening team building and supporting hardware & software facilities, integration of data information resources to build a management system of statistical information for modern tobacco agriculture. All of these suggestions are in a bid to improve the efficiency of statistical work, and give its full play to the service role in modern tobacco agriculture.
