摘　　要：目的探讨老年冠心病患者心理健康素养与自我管理行为之间的相关性。方法采用偶遇抽样的方法,选取2021年6—9月入住于郑州大学第二附属医院心内科5个病区的老年冠心病患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、多元心理健康素养量表和冠心病自我管理行为量表进行调查,采用Spearman秩相关性分析患者心理健康素养与自我管理行为的相关性。结果老年冠心病患者心理健康素养总分为(10.10±5.56)分,自我管理行为总分为84.00(72.25,97.75)分,两者呈正相关(r=0.360,P<0.01)。结论老年冠心病患者心理健康素养与自我管理行为呈正相关,为提高患者的自我管理行为水平,医护人员应关注并以科学的方法提高其心理健康素养。Objective To explore the correlation between mental health literacy and self-management behavior in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Accidental sampling was used to investigate the elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the five wards in the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June to September 2021.General data questionnaire,multiple mental health literacy scale and coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale were used to investigate the results,and Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlation between mental health literacy and self-management behavior.Results The total score of mental health literacy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease was(10.10±5.56)points.The total score of self-management behaviors was 84.00(72.25,97.75)points.There was a positive correlation between the two(r=0.360,P<0.01).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between mental health literacy and self-management behavior in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Therefore,in order to improve the level of self-management behavior,medical staff should pay attention to and improve their mental health literacy by scientific methods.
