替诺福韦、拉米夫定、依非韦伦联合治疗对HBV/HIV感染患者肝功能和HBV病毒特征的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨替诺福韦、拉米夫定、依非韦伦联合治疗对乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)/人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染患者肝功能和HBV病毒特征的影响。方法选取洛阳市中心医院2019年8月至2021年2月收治的60例HBV/HIV感染患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组接受替诺福韦、拉米夫定、依非韦伦联合治疗,对照组接受拉米夫定、齐多夫定联合治疗。比较两组肝功能和HBV病毒特征。结果与对照组相比,观察组乙型肝炎E抗原(HBeAg)转阴率及HBV的脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)转阴率较高,且HBV的HBV-DNA载量较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及总胆红素水平较低(P<0.05);两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替诺福韦、拉米夫定、依非韦伦联合治疗能改善HBV/HIV感染患者肝功能,降低HBV的HBV-DNA载量,提高HBV转阴率。Objective To investigate the effect of combined tenofovir,lamivudine,efavirenz on liver function and hepatitis B virus(HBV)virus characteristics in patients with HBV/human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection.Methods Sixty patients with HBV/HIV infection admitted to Luoyang Central Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)according to the treatment plan.The observation group was treated with tenofovir,lamivudine and efavirenz,while the control group was treated with lamivudine and zidovudine.The liver function and HBV virus characteristics were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the negative conversion ratios of hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)and hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV-DNA)in the observation group were higher,but the HBV-DNA load was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin lewis in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence rate of CD4^(+),CD8^(+)Conclusion Tenofovir,lamivudine and efavirenz can improve rate in patients with HBV/HIV infection.
