成果导向人才培养模式视域下高校档案管理作用及路径研究

摘　　要：高校成果导向人才培育模式改革的过程中,对高校档案提出更高的要求。对成果导向人才培养模式下的高校档案的作用、存在的问题以及发展路径进行研究。结果表明:成果导向培养模式下,高校档案管理具有重要的凭证、参考、传承、对人才培养模式改革的促进和保障作用;在高校档案管理实践中,应通过强化高校档案管理意识、推进档案制度建设、加强档案相关人员业务能力培养、融档案管理于人才培养管理中、推进档案管理的信息化与电子化等措施进一步加强高校档案管理工作,使其更好的服务于成果导向人才培养模式改革。Higher requirements are put forward for the archives of universities during the reform of result-oriented talent cultivation mode in universities.The function,existing problems and development path of university archives under the model of result-oriented talent cultivation are studied.The results show that archives management in universities plays an important role in voucher,reference and inheritance as well as in promoting and guaranteeing the reform of personnel training mode under the result-oriented training mode.In the practical level,archives management in universities should be further strengthened to better serve the reform of result-oriented personnel training mode by paths of strengthening the awareness of archives management of universities,promoting the construction of archives system,strengthening the cultivation of relevant personnel’s business ability,integrating the management of archives in the cultivation and management of talents,and promoting the informationization and electronization of archives management.
