摘 要:高聚物注浆非开挖修复技术目前已广泛应用于地下管道的渗漏脱空修复处置,但对高聚物修复管道的地震响应目前采用的地震输入均为一致激励,并未考虑行波效应的影响。为此,文中依据弹性地基梁理论,建立考虑行波效应的高聚物注浆修复管道纵向和横向振动模型,地震输入采用人工生成的随机地震波,然后对管道振动微分方程进行求解,开展长埋地管道在正常、脱空和高聚物注浆修复3种情况下的地震响应分析。研究结果表明:考虑行波效应后,管道上各测点的反应有明显的相位特性;各点位移幅值随地震波波速的增大而增大;脱空后管道位移峰值会比正常情况下增加100%~300%,而高聚物注浆后管道的变形量与正常情况相比差值仅有20%~30%,说明底部脱空对于管道的变形会有很大的影响,而高聚物修复可以使管道力学性能恢复到接近正常水平。Polymer grouting technology has been widely used for repairing leakage and subsidence of buried pipe⁃line.But the seismic input used for the seismic response of polymer repair pipelines is currently uniform excitation,and the traveling wave effect are not considered.Therefore,the longitudinal and lateral vibration model of the poly⁃mer grouting repair pipeline was established based on the elastic base beam theory and considering the traveling wave effect.The seismic input uses artificially generated random seismic waves,and then the pipeline vibration dif⁃ferential equation is solved to carry out the long buried seismic response analysis of underground pipelines under three conditions:normal,vacant and polymer grouting repair.The research results show that after considering the traveling wave effect,the response of each measurement point of the pipeline has obvious phase characteristics;the displacement amplitude increases with the increase of the seismic wave speed;the peak displacement of the pipe⁃line after void will increase by 100%~300%compared with normal conditions,and the deformation of the pipeline after polymer grouting is 20%~30%difference compared with the normal situation,indicating that the void at the bottom of the pipeline has a substantial impact on the overall mechanical properties of pipeline,polymer grouting can repair a disengaged pipeline effectively,and the internal force and deformation of pipeline after repair are close to normal pipelines.
