变接触压应力下MSM-DSSI支座滞回性能研究

摘  要:双曲面球形减隔震(DSSI)支座是一种具有2个曲面摩擦副的球形滑动支座,能有效减小结构地震响应。在强地震区,竖向地震荷载将引起支座接触压应力的明显变化,而摩擦系数及恢复力与支座接触压应力相关,忽略这种相关性会明显影响支座的滞回性能,进而影响结构振动反应的分析结果。为此,文中针对摩擦材料为改性超高分子聚乙烯(MSM)的DSSI(MSM-DSSI)支座,首先开展不同接触压应力下干摩擦支座的压剪试验,确定摩擦系数及水平恢复力与支座接触压应力相关性。然后,根据试验结果,拟合得到干摩擦支座的摩擦系数关于变接触压应力的计算公式。最后,建立支座的有限元模型,验证有限元模型的正确性,进而分析变接触压应力的波动幅值、频率和时间相位差对MSMDSSI支座滞回性能的影响规律。结果表明,在文中研究范围内,变接触压应力下MSM-DSSI支座的滞回曲线呈现为非规则的多边形;滞回曲线的形状主要与变接触压应力波动频率和时间相位差相关;最大水平恢复力主要与变接触压应力波动幅值相关,最大变化幅值为69%,MSM-DSSI支座的耗能能力会随着变接触压应力变化出现增强或减弱情况,最大变化幅值为29.85%。Double spherical seismic isolation(DSSI)bearing is a kind of spherical sliding bearing with two curved friction pairs.It has been recognized as an efficient device for decreasing the seismic response of a structure during an earthquake excitation.In the intensive earthquake area,the obvious change of contact compressive stress is caused by the vertical seismic load.Moreover,the friction coefficient and restoring force are both related to the contact compressive stress of the bearing.Ignoring this correlation will obviously affect the hysteretic behavior of the bearing,and then affect the analytical results of the structural vibration response.In view of this,firstly,the dynamic cyclic tests of MSM-DSSI bearing(DSSI bearing with modified ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(MSM))at different contact compressive stress were carried out to determine the correlation between contact pres⁃sure stress and recovery force,friction coefficient.Then,on the base of the tests results,the calculation formula of friction coefficient under variable contact compressive stress of the bearing was fitted.Finally,the finite element model of MSM-DSSI bearing was established and verified,and then the influence of amplitude,frequency and time phase difference of variable contact compressive stress on the hysteretic behavior of DSSI bearing was ana⁃lyzed.The results indicate that in the scope of this paper.(Ⅰ)the hysteresis curve of the MSM-DSSI bearing ap⁃pears as an irregular polygons under variable contact compressive stress;(Ⅱ)The shape of the hysteretic curve is mainly related to the fluctuating frequency and time phase difference of the variable contact compressive stress;(Ⅲ)The maximum horizontal restoring force is mainly related to the fluctuating amplitude of variable contact pres⁃sure stress,and the maximum variation amplitude is 69%;(Ⅳ)With the change of variable contact pressure stress,the energy dissipation capacity of the bearing increases or decreases,and the maximum variation ampli⁃tude is 29.85%.
