摘 要:形状记忆环氧树脂在航空航天、生物医学设备等领域有巨大的应用潜力。为了满足实际应用的需求,设计性能优异的可重加工、自愈合形状记忆环氧树脂具有重要的研究意义。基于联苯结构的可取向性和硅氧烷可动态交换的特性,将联苯结构和硅氧烷相结合,有利于提高形状记忆性能和实现重加工、自愈合功能。文中选用4,4'-联苯二酚二缩水甘油醚(BP)和低聚氨基丙基甲基硅氧烷二酸二钾(K-PAMS),分别引入联苯结构和硅氧烷,通过阴离子开环聚合制备了一种可重加工、自愈合的形状记忆环氧树脂,显示出优异的形状记忆性能,其形状固定率(R_(f))可达96%、形状回复率(R_(r))约为94%。通过划痕愈合实验和重加工后样品的弯曲回复实验证明,该形状记忆环氧树脂具有良好的自愈合功能及可重加工性。It is meaningful to design a reprocessable and self-healing shape memory epoxy resin with excellent shape memory properties,owing to its potential application in many fields such as aerospace and biomedical devices.The incorporation of biphenyl structure and siloxane into epoxy resin can improve the shape memory performance and achieve the reprocessing and self-healing properties,according to the orientable biphenyl structures and dynamically exchangeable siloxanes.In this work,a reprocessable and self-healing shape memory epoxy resin was synthesized via anion ring-opening polymerization of 4,4'-biphenyl diglycidyl ether(BP),contained biphenyl structure,and bis(potassium)oligoaminopropylmethylsiloxanediolate(K-PAMS),included siloxane,which exhibits excellent shape memory ability with shape fixity ratio(R_(f))reaching 96%and shape recpvery ratio(R_(r))about 94%.And the scratch healing test and bending recovery test of the reprocessed samples prove the shape memory epoxy resin exhibits good self-healing properties and reprocessability.
