摘  要:环氧树脂增韧改性一直伴随其应用发展,纳米粒子增韧环氧树脂具有独特的性能,两侧具有不同组成的Janus纳米片具有更高的比表面积和更加丰富界面行为。文中采用乳液界面溶胶凝胶法制备了各向异性的二氧化硅基Janus纳米片(JNS),并用于增韧环氧树脂(EP)。结果表明,JNS固体颗粒对EP同时具有增韧和增强作用,两侧均能参与环氧树脂交联聚合的JNS2嵌入三维的聚合物骨架网络,双侧的界面作用力大于只有亲水侧的氨基参与环氧树脂交联聚合的JNS1。当JNS2的质量分数为0.5%时,EP/JNS2的冲击强度和断裂伸长率均最大,比纯EP分别提高了57.08%和58.68%。EP/JNS复合材料的刚性和玻璃化转变温度升高,热稳定性有所提高。The toughening modification of epoxy resin(EP)has been accompanied by its application and development.Nano particles toughened EP has unique properties.Janus nanosheets with different compositions on both sides have high specific surface area,rich surface functions,and strong interfacial adhesion with epoxy matrix.In this paper,anisotropic Janus nanosheets based on silica were prepared by emulsion interface sol-gel method and used to toughen EP.Results show that JNS solid particles can toughen and strengthen EP at the same time.Both sides of JNS2 can participate in the crosslinking of EP,so JNS2 is embedded into the three-dimensional polymer skeleton network.However,only the amino groups on the hydrophilic side of JNS1 can participate in the crosslinking of EP.As a result,JNS2 has better toughening and strengthening effect than JNS1.When the mass fraction of JNS2 is 0.5%,the impact strength and the elongation at break of EP/JNS2 are 57.08%and 58.68%higher than those of pure EP,respectively.All of the rigidity,the glass transition temperature and thermal stability of EP/JNS composites are increased slightly.
