摘 要:采用熔融共混法通过双螺杆挤出机制备了不同类型(亲水型和疏水型)的纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))和聚己二酸丁二醇-对苯二甲酸丁二酸酯(PBAT)/左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)/SiO_(2)共混薄膜,分析了纳米SiO_(2)添加比例对共混薄膜热性能、力学性能及阻隔性能的影响。结果表明,随着纳米SiO_(2)的添加,共混体系中PBAT组分的结晶温度(T_(c))和结晶焓(ΔH_(c))呈升高趋势,说明SiO_(2)的添加促进了PBAT组分的结晶,SiO_(2)的添加均能提高PBAT和PLLA组分的结晶度(X_(c));随着纳米SiO_(2)的添加,共混薄膜取向拉伸方向的杨氏模量和拉伸强度升高,整体上改善了取向共混薄膜的力学性能;共混薄膜阻隔性能随着纳米SiO_(2)添加比例的升高呈现先上升后下降的趋势,质量分数为0.5%时呈现最优的阻隔性能,比较2种类型的薄膜发现,亲水SiO_(2)共混薄膜的气体阻隔性能优于疏水SiO_(2)共混薄膜,而疏水组较亲水组表现出较优的水蒸气阻隔性能。Poly(butylene adipate terephthalate)/poly(L-lactic acid)/silicon dioxide(PBAT/PLLA/SiO_(2))blended films with different types of(hydrophilic and hydrophobic)nano-SiO_(2)were prepared by the melt blending method through a twin-screw extruder.The effect of nano-SiO_(2)on the thermal,mechanical and barrier properties of the blended films were analyzed.The results show that with the addition of nano-SiO_(2),the T_(c)andΔH_(c)of the PBAT component in the blend systems are increased,indicating that the addition of SiO_(2)promotes the crystallization of the PBAT component,and the addition of SiO_(2)can increase X_(c)of the both PBAT and PLLA components.With the addition of nano-SiO_(2),the elastic modulus and tensile strength of the oriented stretch direction of the blended films are increased,and the overall mechanical properties of the oriented blended film are improved.The best barrier per-formance is shown when the additive amount is 0.5%.The comparison between the two types of SiO_(2)show that the gas barrier performance of the hydrophilic SiO_(2)blend film is better than that of the hydrophobic SiO_(2)blend film,and the hydrophobic group shows better water vapor barrier performance than the hydrophilic group.
