摘 要:为准确获得干式变压器热点温度及温度场分布情况,提出一种基于异构网格数据映射算法的干式变压器电磁-温度-流体多物理场耦合分析方法。首先建立了干式变压器实际物理模型,采用有限元法对其内部磁场进行分析,得到干式变压器铁心及绕组的磁通密度分布及磁场损耗分布;然后采用异构有限元网格间结构映射和加权插值算法,将磁场损耗映射至温度场-流体场有限元分析中作为热源,计算干式变压器温度场与流体场分布情况,实现了干式变压器电磁场-温度场-流体场的耦合分析;最后,实测结果和对比计算结果验证了所提方法的先进性和有效性。In order to accurately obtain the distribution of dry-type transformer internal hotspot temperature and temperature field,A dry-type transformer electromagnetic field-temperature field-fluid field coupling analysis method is proposed based on heterogeneous grid data mapping algorithm.Firstly,the physical model of dry-type transformer is established,and its internal magnetic field is analyzed by finite element method(FEM),and the magnetic flux density distribution and magnetic field loss distribution of the dry-type transformer core and winding are obtained.Then,the structure mapping between heterogeneous finite element grids and the result weighted interpolation are used to map the magnetic field loss to the temperature field-fluid field finite element analysis as the heat source,The temperature field and fluid field distribution of dry-type transformer are calculated,and the coupling analysis of electromagnetic field-temperature field-fluid field of dry-type transformer is realized.Finally,The actual measurement results and the comparison calculation results verify the advancement and effectiveness of the method in this paper.
