摘　　要：合理的农业科技成果评价指标体系是加速农业科技成果创新与应用的关键。文章对科技成果评价指标的发展历程进行了分析,梳理归纳为定性单一、定性多个、定性定量相结合、标准化、细化分类等阶段,总结不同阶段评价指标基本特点,制定了农业科技成果项目绩效评价指标,包含有四项一级和十项二级指标参数,并对指标进行了解释说明和权重赋值。对农业科技成果评价指标未来发展进行了探讨,提出以科研项目立项实施验收转化等大数据为基础的共性指标筛选及其权重确定将是成果评价指标未来的发展方向。A reasonable evaluation index system of agricultural science and technology achievements is crucial for accelerating the innovation and application of agricultural science and technology achievements.The article analyzed the development history of the evaluation indexes of science and technology achievements,sorting and summarizing them into the stages of qualitative single;qualitative multiple;qualitative-quantitative combination;standardization and detailed classification.The article summarized the basic characteristics of the evaluation indexes in different stages,and formulated the evaluation index of agricultural science and technology achievements performance,containing four primary and ten secondary index parameters,and these indexes were explained and weight assignment.The future development of agricultural science and technology achievement evaluation indexes was discussed,it is proposed that the screening of common indexes and their weight determination based on big data such as scientific research project establishment,implementation,acceptance and transformation will be the future development direction of achievement evaluation indexes.
