中国草地流转特征及空间差异性分析

摘　　要：为全面了解中国的草地流转发展情况及空间差异,本文在详细分析全国草地流转分布特征的基础上,分别采用修正锡尔指数及加权变异系数对全国草地流转的时空差异进行分析。结果表明:修正锡尔指数及加权变异系数所反映的草地流转规律表现出显著的区域同质性;草地流转在区域间流转差异大于区域内流转差异对整体差异的贡献率,东部地区的锡尔指数在大多数年份均大于其他两个地区,其自身的草地市场流转差异对全国平衡造成了较大的影响,中部地区锡尔指数小且连续年份变化不明显,西部草地流转差异整体较小,但连续年份间变化较大;对比锡尔指数,变异系数再次呈现相同趋势,东部草地流转差异对整体作用程度最大。全面分析全国草地流转差异特征,对系统了解我国草地流转的差异性具有重要的参考价值。In order to overall understand the development and spatial differences of grassland transfer in China,the Spatio-temporal differences in grassland transfer in China were analyzed using the modified theil index and the coefficient of weighted variation based on the detailed analysis of the distribution characteristics of grassland transfer in the country.The results show that:the changes of modified theil index and the coefficient of weighted variation show significant regional homogeneity.The difference in transfer between regions was greater than the contribution rate of the difference in transfer within the region to the overall difference using modified theil index.The intra-regional and inter-regional Theil Index in the eastern region was greater than that in the central region and the western region in most years.The difference in the transfer of the grassland market in the eastern region had a greater impact on the national balance.The overall difference in grassland transfer in the west was small,but the change between successive years is large.The law of grassland transfer using the coefficient of weighted variation showed the same trend,and the difference was the greatest in the east.A comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of grassland transfer differences across the country has important reference value for systematically understanding the differences in grassland transfer in China.
