心理沙盘游戏对先天性唇腭裂整形修复术患儿自我接纳水平、社交行为及个性发展倾向的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析心理沙盘游戏在先天性唇腭裂整形修复术患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取我科99例先天性唇腭裂整形修复术患儿按照抽签的方式分为两组,对照组49例给予实施常规心理疏导,观察组50例给予心理沙盘游戏,对比两组患儿自我接纳水平、社交行为、个性发展倾向。结果:干预后,观察组E量表评分明显高于对照组;观察组N量表、社交回避及苦恼量表(Social avoidance and distress,SAD)回避及焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组P量表、L量表评分干预前后无明显变化,干预后两组患儿自我评价、自我接纳评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心理沙盘游戏对先天性唇腭裂整形修复术患儿治疗效果好,可改善患儿情绪及外倾性,提高患儿社交行为,但对于神经质、掩饰倾向及自我接纳水平的改善效果并不突出。Objective:To analyze the application value of psychological sandbox games in children with congenital cleft lip and palate plastic surgery.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020 in our department,99 children with congenital cleft lip and palate plastic surgery were divided into two groups according to the lottery method.49 cases in the control group were given routine psychological counseling,and 50 cases in the observation group were given psychological sandbox game to compare the self-acceptance level,social behavior and personality development tendency of the two groups of children.Results:After intervention,the E scale score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.The N scale,Social Avoidance and Distress scale and anxiety score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in P scale and L scale scores in the observation group before and after intervention,and there were no significant differences in self-evaluation and self-acceptance scores between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:Psychological sandbox games have a good therapeutic effect on children with congenital cleft lip and palate plastic surgery.It can improve children's mood and extraversion,and improve children's social behavior,but it has no effect on neuroticism,disguise tendency and self-acceptance.protrude.
