不同营养支持方案应用于腹型过敏性紫癜患儿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究不同营养支持方案应用于腹型过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schönlein,HSP)患儿的影响。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年10月本科收治的115例腹型HSP患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=57)和观察组(n=58)。其中对照组采用丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺强化营养支持,观察组采用进食乳蛋白深度水解配方奶营养支持。对比两组微量元素、机体营养状况、体格指标及腹痛、皮疹、便血症状反复发生率。结果:干预后,观察组锌、铜、钙、铁、甘油三酯、胆固醇、总蛋白、前白蛋白及白蛋白水平、体重、上臂围、体质指数(Body mass index,BMI)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度及肩胛下角皮褶厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹部HSP患儿应用乳蛋白深度水解配方奶粉通过提高机体微量元素及机体营养状况,有效改善体格,降低并发症发生。Objective:To study the effect of different nutritional support programs in children with Henoch-Schönlein(HSP)abdominal type.Methods:A total of 115 children with abdominal HSP who were admitted to the undergraduate course from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(n=57)and the observation group(n=58)by random number table method.The control group was given alanyl-glutamine fortified nutritional support,and the observation group was given nutritional support with deeply hydrolyzed formula milk of milk protein.The trace elements,nutritional status of the body,physical indicators,and the recurrence rate of abdominal pain,rash,and blood in the stool were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the zinc,copper,calcium,iron,triglyceride,cholesterol,total protein,prealbumin and albumin levels,body weight,upper arm circumference,body mass index(BMI),triceps,the thickness of musculoskeletal fold and subscapular angle skinfold of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of milk protein deeply hydrolyzed formula milk powder in children with abdominal HSP can effectively improve the physique and reduce the incidence of complications by improving the trace elements and nutritional status of the body.
