安徽省内医用监护仪质量检测及问题分析

摘　　要：分析和探讨多参数监护仪在医疗质量控制检测中的现状,由医学工程专业技术人员使用多参数监护质量控制模拟仪,对安徽省内150台多参数监护仪进行质量监控检测,检测项目主要包括外观功能、心率、呼吸频率、无创血压、血氧饱和度等性能。对数据进行分析,结果此轮检测中所有设备合格率为96%。同时对常见问题提出了改善措施。保证多参数监护仪的外观和性能正常,不仅可以提高临床使用的可靠性、安全性和有效性,还可以减少医患冲突的发生。This paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of quality control and testing of multi-parameter monitors.Medical engineers use multi-parameter monitoring quality control simulator to test the quality of 150 multiparameter monitors in XX Province.The testing items mainly include appearance function,heart rate,respiratory rate,non-invasive blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation and other properties.By analyzing the data,the results show that the qualified rate of all equipment in this test is 96%,and the improvement measures for common problems are put forward.Ensuring the normal appearance and performance of the multi-parameter monitor can not only improve the reliability,safety and effectiveness of clinical use,but also reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient conflicts.
