摘　　要：目的:探讨男性甲状腺功能减退症患者合并垂体病变的临床特点,观察给予左甲状腺素钠替代治疗后垂体病变的变化。方法:对就诊于某医院内分泌科门诊原发性甲状腺功能减退症男性患者30例,根据垂体MRI分为有垂体病变组和无垂体病变组。比较两组甲状腺功能、睾酮、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、泌乳素、皮质醇、促肾上腺素和国际勃起功能指数-5,观察左甲状腺素钠替代治疗后垂体MRI变化。结果:与无垂体病变组比较,有垂体病变组年龄下降,血清睾酮水平下降,泌乳素水平升高(P<0.05);有垂体病变16例,占53.33%,所有患者治疗后垂体病变均可恢复。结论:原发性甲状腺功能减退症可导致垂体影像学改变,左甲状腺素钠替代治疗后,垂体病变可逆转。Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of primary hypothyroidism with pituitary lesions in male patients,and to observe the changes of pituitary lesions after treatment with levothyroxine sodium.Methods:Thirty male patients with primary hypothyroidism were divided into two groups according to MRI:pituitary lesion group and control group without pituitary lesion.Thyroid function,testosterone,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,prolactin,cortisol,adrenaline stimulating hormone and international erectile function index-5 were compared between the two groups,and the changes of pituitary MRI after levothyroxine sodium treatment were observed.Results:Compared with control group,the age,the level of serum testosterone and prolactin in pituitary lesion group were decreased(P<0.05).There were 16 cases with pituitary lesions,accounting for 53.33%,and all patients could recover after treatment.Conclusion:Primary hypothyroidism can lead to pituitary lesions,which can be reversed after levothyroxine sodium therapy.
