摘　　要：目的:探讨强效他汀治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的疗效。方法:选择医院收取的82例糖尿病合并冠心病患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各41例,两组存在药物治疗方案差异。治疗期间记录所有患者的血糖水平、血脂指标以及发生不良反应发生率等数据。结果:研究组患者在通过治疗后,血糖水平、血脂指标的各项数据明显优于对照组,其用药后的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过强效他汀药物进行治疗能够有效提高治疗效果,并具有较高的安全性,应当在临床治疗工作中积极推广、研究。Objective:To study the potent statins in the treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease.Methods:82 cases of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease were chosen as the research group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The two groups were treated differently.Blood sugar,blood fat index and the probability of adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The blood sugar levels and blood lipids index data of research group are better than those of the control group.There was significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,and all the data were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the potent statin treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect with high security,which should be actively promoted in the clinical treatment of actual work and study.
