摘 要:双能量CT可以区分X线衰减系数相似但是原子构成不同的组织。最新研究表明,此项技术在缺血性脑卒中患者的临床诊疗中,具备广泛的用途。对于接受治疗后的患者,双能量CT能够可靠地分辨高密度区域的性质,提示出血或者血脑屏障破坏后造成的造影剂填充。与传统的单能量CT相比,双能量成像能够更早期地提示早期梗塞,预测强化区域向梗塞或出血的转化。除此以外,在卒中治疗后,双能量CT可以检测与评价动脉内血栓的成分。该文简要介绍双能量CT在脑卒中成像的临床应用现状,并对其发展趋势进行展望。Dual energy CT can distinguish tissues with similar X-ray attenuation coefficients but different atoms.The latest research shows that this technology has a wide range of applications in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with ischemic stroke.For patients after treatment,dual energy CT can reliably distinguish the nature of high-density areas,suggesting contrast medium filling caused by bleeding or destruction of blood-brain barrier.Compared with traditional single energy CT,dual energy imaging can prompt early infarction and predict the transformation of enhanced area to infarction or bleeding.In addition,dual energy CT can detect and evaluate the components of intra-arterial thrombosis after stroke treatment.This paper briefly introduces the current situation of clinical application of dual energy CT in stroke imaging,and prospects its development trend.
