CK-MB、中性粒细胞比率和淋巴细胞亚群在儿童支原体肺炎中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童难治性支原体肺炎和普通型支原体肺炎在临床检验项目中LDH1、CK-MB、NEU(%)和淋巴细胞亚群分析之间的异同来给临床提供参考价值。方法:将某医院确诊难治性支原体肺炎组(RMPP组,40例)和普通型支原体肺炎组(MPP组,68例)的住院儿童,比较临床检验室检测LDH1、CK-MB、NEU(%)和淋巴细胞亚群分析的异同情况。结果:难治性支原体肺炎组患儿CK-MB、NEU(%)高于普通型支原体肺炎组(P<0.05);淋巴细胞亚群分析中发现难治性支原体肺炎组患儿CD3^(+)(%)、CD3^(+)CD8^(+)(%)高于普通型支原体肺炎组(P<0.05);而普通型支原体肺炎组LDH1、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)(%)、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)/CD3^(+)CD8^(+)、中性粒细胞感染指数CD64与难治性支原体肺炎组均无差异(P>0.05)。结论:难治性支原体肺炎患者血清中CK-MB、NEU(%)、CD3^(+)(%)、CD3^(+)CD8^(+)(%)比普通型支原体肺炎患者明显增高,更容易发生心肌损伤、细胞免疫紊乱。Objective:To explore the similarities and differences between children's refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia and Mycoplasma vulgaris pneumonia in the clinical test items of LDH1,CK-MB,NEU(%)and lymphocyte subpopulation analysis to provide clinical reference value.Methods:the hospitalized children diagnosed with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia group(RMPP group,n=40)and common mycoplasma pneumonia group(MPP group,n=68)were compared the similarities and differences of LDH1,CK-MB,NEU(%)and lymphocyte subgroup analysis in clinical laboratory.Results:CK-MB,NEU(%)in the refractory mycoplasma pneumonia group were higher than those in the common mycoplasma pneumonia group(P<0.05);Analysis of lymphocyte subsets found that the CD3^(+)(%)and CD3^(+)CD8^(+)(%)of the refractory mycoplasma pneumonia group were higher than those of the common mycoplasma pneumonia group(P<0.05);There were no differences in LDH1,CD3^(+)CD4^(+)(%),CD3^(+)CD4^(+)/CD3^(+)CD8^(+),neutrophil infection index CD64 between the common mycoplasma pneumonia group and the refractory mycoplasma pneumonia group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The CK-MB,NEU(%),CD3^(+)(%),CD3^(+)CD8^(+)(%)in the serum of patients with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia are significantly higher than those in patients with common mycoplasma pneumonia,and they are more prone to myocardial injury,cellular immunity and cellular Kill within.
