甘草片与吲达帕胺联用致严重低钾血症1例分析

摘　　要：目的:提高医务工作者对甘草片和吲达帕胺联用致低钾血症的警惕,避免发生严重不良事件。方法:分析1例因服用甘草片与吲达帕胺致严重低钾血症患者的诊治经过,结合国内外文献分析,探讨两种药物致严重低钾血症的原因。结果:联用甘草片与吲达帕胺,增加了严重低钾血症的风险。结论:对于老年人,应尽量避免将甘草片与吲达帕胺长期联用,减少严重低钾血症发生。Objective:To improve the vigilance of medical staff on hypokalemia caused by combination of glycyrrhiza tablets and indapamide,and to avoid serious adverse events.Method:The diagnosis and treatment of a case of severe hypokalemia caused by taking glycyrrhiza tablets and indapamide were analyzed,and the causes of severe hypokalemia induced by the two drugs were analyzed based on domestic and foreign literature.Results:The combined use of glycyrrhiza tablets and indapamide increased the risk of severe hypokalemia.Conclusion:For the elderly,the long-term combination of glycyrrhiza tablets and indapamide should be avoided as far as possible to reduce the occurrence of severe hypokalemia.
