摘　　要：目的:探讨改良式灌肠法对溃疡性结肠炎患者保留时间有效率影响。方法:选取某医院收治的58例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,将2020年1月-6月使用美沙拉嗪灌肠液治疗中度溃疡性结肠炎患者(29例)为对照组,2020年7月-12月使用美沙拉嗪灌肠液治疗中度溃疡性结肠炎患者(29例)为观察组,对照组患者常规使用美沙拉嗪灌肠液进行保留灌肠,观察组患者在美沙拉嗪灌肠液前端连接吸痰管实施保留灌肠,将药液在肠道内保留的时间长短及患者满意度进行比较。结果:观察组患者在药液保留时间、护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者采用美沙拉嗪灌肠液进行保留灌肠治疗时,在美沙拉嗪灌肠液前端连接吸痰管灌肠有利于延长药物保留时间,提高保留灌肠效果,同时提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of modified enema on retention time efficiency in patients with ulcerative colitis.Method:Fifty-eight patients with ulcerative colitis were selected as the research subjects.29 moderate ulcerative colitis patients were treated with salad lamictal irrigation in our department as the control group,and 29 cases treated with salad oxazine irrigation from July 2020 to December 2020 as the observation group.The control group used the salad oxazine filling and intestinal juice for retention enema routinely by the use of the front sputum suction connection tube.Retention enema was performed.The retention time of the liquid in the intestine and the satisfaction of the patients were compared.Results:Observation group was superior to control group in retention time and patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of ulcerative colitis with mesalazine enema,the sputum aspiration enema at the front end of mesalazine enema is beneficial to prolong the drug retention time,improve the effect of retention enema,and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worth clinical promotion.
