摘  要:水煤浆气化装置中的合成气管道温度降低会有凝液析出,其中的湿H_(2)S会腐蚀管道。采用化工模拟软件PIPEPHASE,模拟计算自气化单元洗涤塔塔顶出口至合成气输送器入口的合成气管道在无附加伴热设施的条件下,管道长度、管道保温层厚度、室外环境风速等对温度降和凝液析出量的影响。根据模拟结果并结合工程设计经验,探讨了上述合成气管道采用保温设施取代伴热设施的可行性。取消附加伴热设施,在满足装置长周期稳定运行的同时可降低生产成本。When the temperature of the syngas pipeline in the coal-water slurry gasification unit decreases,condensate will be precipitated,and the wet H_(2)S in it will corrode the pipeline.The chemical engineering simulation software PIPEPHASE is used to simulate and calculate the influence of the length,the thickness of the insulation layer and the outdoor ambient wind speed on the temperature drop and the amount of condensate precipitation of the syngas pipeline from the top outlet of the washing tower of the gasification unit to the inlet of the syngas conveyor under the condition of without additional heat tracing facilities.Based on the simulation results and engineering design experience,the feasibility of using thermal insulation facilities to replace heat tracing facilities for the above syngas pipeline is discussed.The elimination of additional heat tracing facilities can not only meet the needs of long-term stable operation of the unit,but also reduce the production cost.
