摘  要:针对合成氨装置甲烷化炉入口工艺气温度出现持续缓慢下降的现象,分析了影响甲烷化炉入口工艺气温度的因素。按照制定的工艺方案,在线更换了甲烷化炉开工加热器疏水器旁路切断阀后,甲烷化炉入口工艺气温度恢复正常,实现了合成氨装置的长周期稳定运行。In connection with the phenomenon that the temperature of the process gas at the inlet of the methanation furnace of the synthetic ammonia unit continues to decrease slowly,the factors affecting the temperature of the process gas at the inlet of the methanation furnace are analyzed.According to the formulated process plan,after the bypass shut-off valve of the heater steam trap of the methanation furnace is replaced online,the temperature of the process gas at the inlet of the methanation furnace returns to normal,and the long-term stable operation of the synthetic ammonia unit is realized.
