摘　　要：结合装配式建筑自身特点,从产业链角度出发,通过探索性因子分析法获得了装配式建筑产业链发展驱动力的4大影响因素:产业政策、社会认可度、产业经济价值、行业技术,并在此基础上构建了结构方程模型(SEM),对各驱动路径即变量关系进行了探究,对关键驱动因素进行深入分析。结果表明,装配式建筑的社会认可度因素对产业链发展有显著的综合影响和直接效应,行业技术因素有较强的间接效应。基于此,为针对性、全方位、科学化地发展装配式建筑产业提供决策参考。此研究认为,装配式已逐渐成为建筑行业关注的热点问题,为更好地推动装配式建筑产业的可持续发展,了解产业驱动机理和明确产业推进策略显得尤为重要。Prefabricated construction has gradually become a hot issue in the construction industry. To better promote the sustainable development of prefabricated construction industry, it is particularly important to define the driving mechanism and clarify the promoting strategies. With the consideration of the characteristics, the study went from the perspective of industrial chain, and obtained through exploratory factor analysis 4 factors influencing the driving force of development of prefabricated building industrial chains: industrial policy, social recognition, industrial economic value and industrial technology. On this basis, the structural equation model(SEM) was built to explore each driving path or variable,and analyze the key driving factors in depth. The results show that the social recognition factors of prefabricated buildings have significant comprehensive and direct effects on the development of industrial chains, while the technical factors have strong indirect effects. The results can provide a reference for the targeted, comprehensive and scientific development of prefabricated construction industry.
