摘 要:目的分析心电图碎裂QRS波与病理性Q波联合诊断急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床价值。方法将我院2017年1月至2019年12月收治的112例AMI患者纳入本次研究,所有患者均给予心电图检查。以病理诊断结果为金标准,比较碎裂QRS波、病理性Q波单一及联合诊断AMI的准确度、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值。结果联合检查的诊断准确度为93.75%,高于碎裂QRS波的74.11%,及病理性Q波的69.64%。联合检查的诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值均显著高于碎裂QRS波和病理性Q波单一诊断(P<0.05)。结论心电图碎裂QRS波与病理性Q波联合诊断AMI具有较高的临床价值,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical value of fragmented QRS wave combined with pathological Q wave of electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 112 AMI patients admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were included in this study,and all patients received electrocardiogram examination.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of fragmented QRS wave and pathological Q wave in single and combined diagnosis of AMI were compared using pathological diagnostic results as gold standard.Results The diagnostic accuracy of combined examination was 93.75%,which was higher than 74.11%of fragmented QRS wave and 69.64%of pathological Q wave.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined examination were significantly higher than those of single diagnosis of fragmented QRS wave and pathological Q wave(P<0.05).Conclusion The fragmented QRS wave combined with pathological Q wave of electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of AMI has high clinical value and is worth popularizing.
