凉血消风汤加减联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗儿童血热型银屑病的效果及对免疫功能、抗炎-促炎因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨凉血消风汤加减联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗儿童血热型银屑病的效果及对免疫功能、抗炎-促炎因子表达的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2021年1月收治的80例儿童血热型银屑病患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用凉血消风汤加减。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前、后的免疫功能及抗炎-促炎因子水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高,CD8^(+)均降低,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-6、IL-10、IL-17水平均改善,且观察组IL-6、IL-17水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论凉血消风汤加减联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗儿童血热型银屑病的效果满意,能改善患儿免疫功能,调节抗炎-促炎因子表达,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of modified Liangxue Xiaofeng decoction combined with calcipotriol ointment on children with blood-heat psoriasis and its influences on immune function and the expression of anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 80 children with blood-heat psoriasis treated from September 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcipotriol ointment,and the observation group was treated with modified Liangxue Xiaofeng decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared;the levels of immune function and anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory factors between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased and CD8^(+)decreased in both groups,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-17 in the two groups improved,the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Liangxue Xiaofeng decoction combined with calcipotriol ointment on children with blood-heat psoriasis has a satisfactory curative effect.It can improve children's immune function and regulate the expression of anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory factors,which is worthy of popularization.
