基于生物-心理-社会模式的一体化护理对自发性气胸 患者肺功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探究基于生物-心理-社会模式的一体化护理对自发性气胸患者肺功能恢复的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年11月收治的68例自发性气胸患者作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法将其分为观察组(34例,基于生物-心理-社会模式的一体化护理干预)和对照组(34例,常规护理干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的FEV1、VC、MMEF、PEF、FEV1/FVC均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的胸闷、咳嗽、胸痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的GQOL-74各方面评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对自发性气胸患者应用基于生物-心理-社会模式的一体化护理,可促使患者的肺功能恢复,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,进而提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing based on biological-psychological-social model on the recovery of pulmonary function in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods A total of 68 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(34 cases,integrated nursing intervention based on biological-psychological-social model)and control group(34 cases,routine nursing intervention)by coin tossing method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the levels of FEV1,VC,MMEF,PEF and FEV1/FVC in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of chest tightness,cough and chest pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the GQOL-74 scores in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated nursing based on biological-psychological-social model in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax can promote the recovery of pulmonary function,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life.
