摘 要:目的研究不同激光焊接工艺参数对1 mm厚TA18薄板焊接的影响,为有效解决焊缝缺陷、脆性相等问题提供参考。方法采用大功率碟片激光器,在氩气环境下,对1 mm厚TA18薄板进行激光焊接实验,对不同激光焊接参数下的焊接接头进行微观组织观察及力学性能测试。结果当激光焊接功率为1.5 kW时,焊缝呈“葫芦”状,熔宽大且不均匀,熔宽随着焊接速度的增大而减小;当激光焊接功率为1.2 kW时,焊缝呈“I”字形,焊接接头成形良好,表面有鱼鳞纹,当离焦量增至+2 mm时,熔宽增加。结论激光焊接所得接头无明显裂纹、气孔等缺陷,熔合区由马氏体α相和针状α'相组成,其拉伸试样均断裂于母材处,焊缝力学性能优良,激光焊接接头抗拉强度达母材的92.46%,伸长率为母材的59.68%,这对薄板钛合金焊接在各个领域的应用具有重要的意义。In this paper,the effects of different laser welding parameters on the welding of 1 mm-thick TA18 thin plates are studied,which provides a reference for effectively solving the problems of weld defects and brittle phases.In the experiment,a high-power disc laser was used to conduct a laser welding experiment on 1 mm-thick TA18 thin plates in an argon atmosphere.The microstructures and mechanical properties of the joints welded by different parameters were investigated.When the laser welding power is 1.5 kW,the weld is in the shape of a“gourd”,and the weld width is large and uneven.With the increase of welding speed,the weld width decreases;When the laser welding power is 1.2 kW,the weld is in the shape of“I”.The welded joint is well-formed,and fish scale lines occur on the surface.When the defocusing amount increases to+2 mm,the weld width increases.The joint obtained by laser welding has no obvious defects such as cracks and pores,and the fusion zone is composed of the martensiteαphase and the acicularα'phase.The tensile specimens are broken at the base metal,and the mechanical properties of the weld are excellent.The tensile strength of the laser-welded joint is 92.46%of the base metal,and the elongation is 59.68%of the base metal,which is of great significance for the application of thin plate titanium alloy welding in various fields.
